The Wecouldconnect.com service ("Wecouldconnect", “Service”, or the "Site") is about helping individuals cope with the ever rising cost of living by empowering its members with the ability save money, the opportunity to meet and chat online, find a match and date and strike up new friendships with other members that have common interests.
As a member you can give and take advantage of numerous provided discounts at restaurants, businesses and for services, upload, download and share your personal photograph and videos with other members.
The services of Wecouldconnect, Wecouldconnect.com, Wecouldconnect.net and WeCouldConnect.org are provided by We Could Click, located 12324 Venice Blvd. Los Angeles CA.90066 and Hereinafter called Wecouldconnect.com in this document.
This is a legal agreement ("Agreement") between you and Wecouldclick the parent company of Wecouldconnect.com.
Please read the Agreement carefully before registering for the Wecouldconnect.com offered services and/or products. By registering for Wecoulclick.com, you become a member (free basic member and/or upgraded paid premium member)or provider, and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement (the "Terms") for as long as you continue to be an active member.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER FOR THE WECOULDCONNECT.COM SERVICE. THE TERMS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BY WECOULDCONNECT.COM, AT ANY TIME, EFFECTIVE UPON POSTED NOTICE TO ITS MEMBERS ON THE WECOLDCONNECT.COM WEB SITE.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS.
MINORS MAY NOT BECOME MEMBERS. In order to use this web site, you must register on our site, agree to provide truthful information when requested, and be at least the age of eighteen (18) or older. When registering, you explicitly agree to our Terms of Use and may be modified by us from time to time and available here.
When you register, and from time to time thereafter, Wecouldconnect.com will require that you provide sufficient information to indicate that you are at least 18 years old. By becoming a member, you represent, and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. Either you or Wecouldconnect.com may terminate your WeCouldConnect.com membership at any time, for any reason, effective upon sending written notice by e-mail to the other party. Wecouldconnect.com reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the WeCouldConnect.com, net or org or any other of it’s web sites service, without notice, upon any breach of this agreement by you, which is brought to Wecouldconnect.com’s attention. Your membership in the Wecouldconnect.com service is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your membership, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity.
Fees and Pricing
If you have signed up for a free basic membership to WeCouldConnect.com the use of the Wecouldconnect.com web site and basic services are given to you at no charge to you the user.Membership Fees associated with the basic services are waved and no monthly fees will be billed to you for your online basic membership. This FREE membership can be cancelled by either party at anytime thereafter by email.
Membership Fees associated with the paid premium program are monthly. This means you will be billed a monthly fee of $19.95 for your online membership in the premium program. This membership can be cancelled by either party thereafter by email.
Upon submitting a request for upgraded paid membership, a $19.95 monthly fee will be billed to the credit card used by the member to complete the signup process unless/until member cancels membership or changes billing method. Individuals who join either free basic or upgraded paid premium service will be deemed members of Wecouldconnect.com and its parent/sister organizations, affiliates, partners or associates. Accordingly, all WeCouldConnect.com rules, policies, operating procedures, customer service, and sales will apply to those members. We may change our policies and operating procedures at any time. Any offered product prices and availability may vary from time to time. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to present accurate information, but we cannot guarantee the availability or price of any particular product. Use Of The Site
The Wecouldconnect.com Web Site contain copyrighted material; trademarks and other proprietary information including text, software, photos, video, graphics, music and sound, and the entire contents of the Sites are copyrighted as a collective work under the United States copyright laws. We are the owner of the copyright in the entire Sites. We own a copyright in the selection, coordination, arrangement and enhancement of such content, as well as in the content original to it. Each third party content provider owns the copyright in content original to it. You may not modify, publish, transmit, display, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit the content of the Sites or any portion of it. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You agree that the rights of Wecouldconnect.com are irrevocable, and you hereby waive any right to seek or obtain rescission or termination of any of Wecouldconnect.com's rights or any form of equitable or injunctive relief.
You shall provide us with accurate, complete and updated information provided by you at the time of registration.
You agree not to take any action to interfere with the function or accessibility of the Site or to take any action to restrict the access of others thereto.
The foregoing provisions of this Section are for the benefit of us, our affiliates, third party content providers and licensors, and each shall have the right to assert and enforce such provisions directly on its own behalf or jointly with others.

Wecouldconnect.com authorizes you to basic free and paid premium members access and use the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not sell or modify the Content, and you may not reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the Content in any way for any public or commercial purpose. Remedies under these Terms and Conditions are exclusive and are limited to those expressly provided for in these Terms and Conditions
INDEMNITY BY MEMBER
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wecouldconnect.com, its services, officers, directors, employees, agents, members and any and all third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of the Wecouldconnect.com service, the lotto prize sharingoffer and/or information storage. This includes any breach by you of the terms of this Agreement.
Users agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Wecouldconnect.com, net and org, its services, Wecouldclick, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, Members and suppliers from any and all claims, demands, damages and costs, including medical costs, legal fees, attorneys' fees on a full indemnity basis that may arise from the information it has provided and/or associated with a User's breach of or failure to perform his or its obligations under these Terms and Conditions or a breach of any representation or warranty under these Terms and Conditions. Users represent and warrant that all information about to be entered or already entered is true and correct.
OUR SERVICE

You will not post on the Wecouldconnect.com service, or transmit to other Wecouldconnect.com members, or employees, any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity). You will use the Wecouldconnect.com service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations. You will not include in your profile, any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URL's, E-mail addresses, offensive anatomical, sexual references, or offensive sexually suggestive or connotative language, and you will not post any photos containing nudity or personal information. Wecouldconnect.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to reject any profile or photo that does not comply with these prohibitions. You will not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other members to buy or sell any products or services through the service. You will not transmit any chain letters, or junk E-mail to other Wecouldconnect.com members. You will not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way, any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Wecouldconnect.com members. Wecouldconnect.com reserves the right, but has no obligation to monitor disputes between you, and other Members.
Rules of Conduct for Chat Rooms and Message Boards
You are solely responsible for any and all Content posted by you on any We Could Connect Message Board or Chat Room. You also are solely responsible for, and assume any and all risks associated with, reviewing and/or using any Content posted on Message Boards or Chat Rooms. Wecouldconnect.com does not endorse, edit, verify, vouch for, or control any Content posted on the Sites by Users, and does not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of any Content posted by Users. Users may be held legally liable for any Content posted to the Sites, and may be held legally accountable if the Content they post include(s) material that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or any other intellectual property or the proprietary right(s) of any person or entity. Wecouldconnect.com reserves the right to monitor any of its Message Boards and Chat Rooms at any time to ensure that these rules are being observed. By using Wecouldconnect.com Message Boards and/or Chat Rooms, you may be exposed to Content, which is offensive, indecent or otherwise objectionable to you. If you believe that any such Content violates this Agreement, we encourage you to contact us. Wecouldconnect.com reserves the right to modify or remove anything submitted, posted, or uploaded to Wecouldconnect.com, at any time for any reason without prior notice. Postings, which violate this agreement, may be deleted upon discovery and Wecouldconnect.com reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the Sites of the responsible User(s). However, under no circumstances will Wecouldconnect.com be liable for any errors, omissions, or offensive material contained in any Content posted by Users, or for any loss, liability, claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from or in connection with your use of any Content posted by any Users. You agree not to collect or store personal data about other users or members, or to submit any message board posting, e-mail, and/or chat room statement that contains or provides links to:

7. Any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, programs, files, corrupted data, or any other harmful or damaging component designed to interrupt, impair, destroy, or limit the functionality or operability of any computer system, software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment;
8. Any material that constitutes "stalking" or any other form of harassment of any member or User of Wecouldconnect.com or any other person;
9. Any material containing nudity, pornography, or sexual material of a lewd, vulgar, lascivious, indecent, lecherous or obscene nature or intent, or that violates local, state, national, and/or international laws;
10. Content that promotes, encourages, or provides instructional information about any illegal activities or any material, which encourages conduct that would violate any law or give rise to civil or criminal liability under any law. (Including, but not limited to, "hacking," "cracking," or "phreaking");
11. Any raffle, contest, or sweepstakes or any game involving wagering or otherwise requiring payment of a fee or other consideration by participants;
